The new year 2020 has started. Obviously, like last time, this time too you must be thinking of leaving something and taking a pledge to do something new. We should welcome the New Year, leaving behind all the good bad experiences of the previous year. We should achieve more in 2020 than what we could not achieve last year. Do yoga or meditation

Our lifestyle and food has deteriorated in today’s runaway life. In such a situation, we should do yoga or meditation to be physically and mentally healthy. Follow a healthy diet plan:

Wake up early:

Most people are unable to exercise, have breakfast in the morning and spend some quality moments with their loved ones because they do not get up on time. Make it a habit to get up early each morning so that you have enough time to adjust to all these tasks.

Sleep on time:

Since you have to get up early, it is necessary to sleep on time. You should make sure that you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep every day.

Put your mobile aside:

You should make a habit of keeping your phone separate while working to increase productivity. When you are at home, keep your phone at some distance and spend quality time with your family. The rays emitted by the mobile phone are harmful, thus it is suggested to keep it away especially when you sleep at night. 

Connect with a positive mind:

It is always good to befriend people who bring positivity in your life and stay away from people who indulge in negative things. Also increase socializing with those who follow a healthy lifestyle regularly, who regularly indulge in unhealthy habits like smoking or drinking alcohol.

Eat on time:

As important as it is to follow a healthy diet plan, eating on time is equally important. Make sure you do not skip your breakfast or any other meal of the day and do your meals at the right intervals. It is also suggested that instead of having three big ones, eat 5-6 small meals a day.

Follow your interest:

Most of us are so engrossed in our work these days that we forget to take time to follow our interests and hobbies. It is good to squeeze in some time to follow your hobbies such as gardening, reading, writing or anything you like. These act as a good replacement for unhealthy habits and also help maintain stress at bay.

Junk food:

Ordering and cancellation for the most part of the week has become more of a religion these days. It is time to focus on your intake of junk food and switch to healthy home food. This will not only keep you healthy but also in good shape.

Drink a lot of water

Water has more amazing effects on your health than you can even imagine. It works as a cleanser, cleansing the toxins from your body. It also keeps your body’s cells hydrated and improves the functioning of the brain and other body parts; in addition to that your skin always feels young and fresh. Drinking 2 glasses of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning is wonderful for the kidney, in addition, drinking 8 – 12 glasses of water daily is recommended.

Many people complain that their New Year resolution does not last long. The biggest reason for this is the braking. After braking we abandon our resolve, which is not right. These small things can be included in the routine. Do not leave it completely if the resolution breaks for some reason. Start it again. With this, you will achieve your goal.
